Setting Submission Template

I'll be putting the templates for formally submitting things here. This will cover both characters and new technology for the moment.

Code:

[b]Type:[/b] (What is it? An item, character, company, weapon, medical, society, etc.)
[b]Who/What is it for?[/b] (Where does your submission fit into the universe? Is it for a plot, for an individual character, or for worldbuilding?)

[b]Contains new artwork:[/b] (Yes/No)
[b]Previously Submitted?[/b] (Yes/no. If so, why?)

[b]Notes:[/b] (Any other notes you'd like to make, or any mentions you'd like to draw attention to, such as the intended plot's GM.)
